Jemma Bailey was born and raised in St. Asaph, North Wales. She started her training with a foundation course at Oxford Brookes, continuing to a Ba(hons) at Nottingham Trent. In 2009 she relocated to Cardiff where she interned at g39 before becoming the WARP co-ordinator.
